Rider Alert – Introducing FREE FARE FRIDAYS – You can now ride for free on all CCRTA fixed route buses every Friday! Applies to all riders! Riders 60 years of age and older can still ride for Free on Wednesdays on all fixed routes!

Rider Alert -Effective July 1, 2021, CCRTA no longer provides MassHealth and other HST transportation. GATRA will be providing these services going forward. Please contact GATRA to schedule trips or with any other questions relating to your HST transportation by phone at 1-800-431-1713 or you can go to its webpage at https://www.gatra.org/human-services-transportation.

Rider Alert  – Precautionary Measures the CCRTA is taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Click here for more information related to our ongoing safety campaign. CCRTA Comprehensive Regional Transit Plan - One of the recommendations of the Task Force on Regional Transit Authority Performance and Funding, on which Administrator Cahir was a gubernatorial appointee, was that MassDOT should fund the completion of 5-year Comprehensive Regional Transit Plans for each of the 15 RTAs in the Commonwealth. MassDOT retained the consulting firm AECOM in December 2019 to complete this effort. The completed report, including recommendations based on AECOM’s analysis, survey conducted on CCRTA’s website, and virtual meetings with CCRTA riders and stakeholders is available here.

*Customer parking exceeding 10 hours should park in one of the Long-Term parking lots.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Hourly paid parking is now available at the Hyannis Transportation Center (HTC) Short-Term parking lot and payment can be made at the parking kiosk next to the HTC building by the revolving doors. Daily and weekly parking is available at all of the three CCRTA Long-Term parking lots and payment can be made at the parking kiosk located in each of these parking lots. Parking that exceeds four consecutive weeks is available upon request at the Hyannis Transportation Information Booth.
