The Cape Cod Human Service Transportation Resource Guide is the result of the coordinated efforts of the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and the Lower/Outer Cape Coalition

The purpose of the Guide is to provide the Human Service Organizations of Cape Cod with transportation resource information that will assist them in coordinating transportation services for their clients. 

To use the Guide, please refer to the table of contents, this will direct you to the transportation resource you require. The Guide was designed to categorize the various ground transportation options that are available on Cape Cod, that include; Public Transportation, Council on Aging Transportation, the Human Service Organizations that provide transportation, and the Private Transportation Resources.
